Here you will find many different doors to escape through and hence, various worlds to escape to. Look and Listen. Seek and Ye shall find. Send money and order a piece of the Next Itself for your home, office, mind and body. The most difficult project for the fledgling artist to create is a world in which twists of logic and distorted realities become second nature. In other words, to experience hallucinations and illusions, pure escapism into ART, without having to take illicit substances to lubricate the way out/in. This transition should not be painful, but relaxing and quite enjoyable in its proper context. All you need to do is participate and respect the Other. Of course, it goes without saying that Surrealism is best defined in Silence, but if one must remark about it, then a torrent of obscure verbiage is in order, a soliloquy of abstract rationalism and absolute primal colors. If you are over 18, and you shudder in horror at any of the words I have said up to this point, calm down and sit for awhile. Peace has no substitute. If you are under 18 and have the same reaction, then I suggest you mature more quickly, or at least concentrate in trying, even if it means total emasculation and humidity. Remember that this area of ART has relatives indeed, but they are more mysterious and distant than others. Buy a tent. Surf the Rapids. Eventually you will see that there resides in ALL objects the Other; and there you will find Yourself mirrored. Please plug yourself in, and turn on the Bubble machine. Let nature take its course
TRANSCENDENCE IS ALWAYS THE FOUNDATION OF THE OTHER
I was born a while ago under rather mundane circumstances. Later, I decided to fabricate a personal history, and exaggerate events in order to make my life seem plausible, ambiguous, and interesting. All I can say is that now, having considered different alternatives, I prefer those who know me to make up and generate their own mythical stories and false anecdotes, and that way stories about me diverge and make me even more preposterous and mysterious. It also is great fun and entertainment for them.
Sometime after my sordid teens, I earned two B.A.’s at the University – History and Philosophy. I also bravely served in the United States Navy for 4 years. I then decided to delve more deeply into the Arts and create for myself a world that I can be insulated within, and hide when life becomes confused and unreliable now and then. And this becomes important when war threatens…………duck & cover!
My inspirations which govern and influence my MIND and SPIRIT are many, and have never left me but rather have expanded inside imagination’s universe. I am an absolute Monarchist in the Surrealist sense.
